1Account Registration & Management

By creating an account on the b8b platform, you are deemed to have accepted all of these Terms and Conditions. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.

One Person — One Account

Each individual may hold only one account on b8b. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, or from the same device or IP address, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details at the time of registration.
• Keep your password private — never share it with anyone.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to b8b immediately.
• Sharing account access with third parties is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification

B8b may request a national ID, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. b8b reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete. This is done solely for your protection.

2Age & Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility criteria must be met to participate on b8b:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• You are opening this account in your own name and of your own free will.
• Online betting is not prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions.

B8b may request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide them, or submission of false information, will result in permanent account closure.

3Deposit & Payment Policy

Before depositing at b8b, make sure you are using a supported payment method. Currently accepted methods are: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, and select cryptocurrencies.

Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. All deposits must come from your own account.

4Withdrawal Policy & Process

Certain conditions may need to be met before withdrawing winnings from b8b. Compliance with these conditions is mandatory.

General Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳ 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–30 minutes.

Reasons for Delay

6Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on b8b.

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless b8b itself voids that market. If the odds displayed at the time of placement differ from those at confirmation, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.

Erroneous Odds

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, b8b reserves the right to void the affected bets. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded in full.

Match Abandoned or Suspended

If an event is cancelled or suspended, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with b8b's own policy. In general, if the event does not resume within a specified timeframe, the bet will be voided.

7Prohibited Activities

The actions listed below are strictly prohibited on b8b. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to an account.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Using another user's account credentials.
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system.
• Attempting to deliberately introduce errors into the system.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users.

8Responsible Gaming Policy

9Dispute Resolution Process

Step 2: Formal Complaint

If your issue is not resolved via live chat, please send a detailed description to support@b8b.click. A response will be provided within 72 hours at this stage.

Step 3: Independent Arbitration

If you are not satisfied with b8b's resolution, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the relevant international gaming licensing authority.

10Rule Changes & Account Closure

B8b reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified in advance by email or via an on-platform notification.

Reason for Account Closure

• Violation of Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false identity or fraudulent information.
• If underage status is established.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12+ months).
• At your own request.

You may close your account at any time at your own request. Any valid balance will be returned (excluding any bonus funds where wagering requirements have not been met).
